late to appointment, not interested in the conversation, constantly cut into my conversation, even cut our visit by 15 minutes...we were supposed to come up with a plan for my anxiety but never got around to it - she asked me about my medical conditions but kept interrupting when I tried to describe my diagnosis

She was good the first few appointments but then challenged my personal beliefs and it felt more like a counseling session for her rather than for me...plus the appointments were cut off early so she could eat or take care of something else.

Natalie answered her phone and read text messages numerous times during our sessions. She discussed personal matters for a large portion of our session. She didn't listen to what we were saying our child's needs. As a result, we stopped seeing her after 3 sessions. She blew me off when I called her to let her know we were looking into other options.
