She is very unprofessional when first reaching out. She is super dodgy with questions and does not answer them. It was very difficult to get information because she refused to address simple/basic questions for several emails. She doesn’t even address you by name and uses texting language. It was very inappropriate behavior. Therapy was useless and unsupportive. It’s like talking to a brick wall. I was not interested in continuing with her. Would not return and do not recommend seeing her

I’ve been going to counseling for 20 years and had some really bad experiences with counselors. I ve had a lot of trauma in my life and bad counseling has made my mental health worse. I’m not an easy case with a very complicated history and diagnosis. Natalie is gifted and her skills are above and beyond her years of experience. She is especially good with trauma. She is by far the best counselor I have ever had. She has helped me more in one year than the 19 years of prior counseling. She has saved my life and I feel blessed to have her as my counselor.
