Go to someone else if you have a Mallet Finger
As much as she did know that I had a Mallet Finger, he choice of splint was the wrong one and as a result, my finger may not heal the proper way. When I was back to see Natalie in my 6 and a half week follow up, my finger was not much better from when I first saw her and she basically told me that that's as good as it would get, she never even called in the doctor to check it out, very unprofessional. I decided to visit a local in (Chelmsford, MA) orthopedic surgeon that was highly recommended and he now has me in the correct splint and is quite hopeful that I will end up with much better results. They were a bit surprised at what splint I was originally given. I'll never go back to the hand department of this place.
