Rude and condescending. Was clueless about the medication dosage the patient (my mom) was on even though it's in the computer system. Was yelling at my sister for not knowing the dosage -- I'm my mom's main care taker, however, I was not available to take my mom to this visit and so my sister took her. She recorded the visit so I could be in the loop, and all I heard was yelling. This is the first time my mom saw Natalie Peters since her regular doctor was not available for the visit today.
