Excellent, direct and to the point. As thorough as she needed to be, no more, no less.

She acts like a nurse at a MASH hospital without the humor. Very officious. Poor bedside manner. I could NOT understand 75% of what she said. Purposely scraped my eardrum causing immense pain. Did not come back into exam room to explain what was prescribed and why. The Med Asst had to answer my basic questions from what was on the print out, which caused confusion at the pharmacy - as I was expecting 3 Rx per the MA and the print out, butt only one was called into the pharmacy.I don’t recommend this person as anyone’s “primary”.

I Saw NP Natallia Phillips @ Banner Urgent Care. I got super lucky & went right back, her MA was also very good, I didn't catch his name. He was worried about my high BP. They helped me out so much! NP Phillips stopped what she was doing to get me medication which was Miraculously ready @ the Pharmacy in under 15 minutes flat! I cannot thank this team enough!!!!!

Natallia is the best NP I met in Tucson in 15 years. She is knowledgeable and reassuring, she was able to help us right away with a right diagnostic and a treatment plan, and she explains very well what she is doing and why. She has found an approach to my son who is always scarred of doctors, and he allowed to do the procedure on him without his usual drama. She is really one who has "a brain of a doctor and the heart of a nurse".

DO NOT GO TO HER. SHE DOES IOT KNOW MATH. HOW CAN YOU BE A NURSE WITHOUT KNOWING MATHEMATICS ?

Horrible can barely speak ENGLISH, had MA’s do all her work. Should not be in a Banner Care facility!
