Nearly cost my life following this doctors orders. Documentation provided by CVS states what I was prescribed however the dosages were so far off I nearly died. Should have had 15 mcg got 150mcg. Staff won’t provide the documentation. Was told they don’t work for Dr Gladd they work for God. Scheduled appointment and nurse practitioner didn’t show. Said I should have called her on her cell phone. My experience showed that it is all about money and not one concern for client care. Hands off approach to aiding someone who needs help the most. Dr has know about the matter for days and no response as well. Can’t think of one nice thing to say about how I have been treated
