Dr. Patel saw my elderly mother who has macular degeneration recently. She wanted new glasses. Dr Patel did a thorough exam and kindly explained to her that she wouldn’t benefit from new glasses and immediately connected her to the low vision center for support. The low vision center was called by Dr. Neil Patel to get in touch with my mother. They called her quickly and set up an appointment for her. Dr. Patel was kind and caring in a tough situation. We were very thankful for his compassion, strong ethics, and honesty.

I've been seeing this eye doctor for a few years. To be honest I didn't pick him, I didn't even remember that I had seen him before but he remembered me. He is a very upbeat and knowledgeable optometrist. I didnt have the greatest day, but I left the office with a smile on my face. He is very thorough. I can tell he loves his job and truly cares for his patients. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family.
