I tried calling Ms. Nell to set up an appointment and even texted her. I didn't hear anything back. Unfortunately, when she finally returned my call I had no cell service. I tried calling her back twice on a landline seconds after we got disconnected, her phone would ring, but I kept getting her voicemail. I texted her to please call me on my landline and she did not respond back and left me hanging. I understand she is busy, but we were just on the phone together. She couldn't even take a few minutes out of her day to text me back or return my call. I am very disappointed in her customer service. A follow-up call or text would have been nice letting me know she is busy but will get back to me later on. I will take my business to someone who actually cares.

I think Nell is fantastic and have already recommended her to others. She's incredibly caring, helpful, intuitive, and smart and is far better than other psychologists I've visited in the past.

Nell is extremely caring, empathetic, supportive, professional and I can not say enough great things about her! I have been seeing her for therapy for years now and I'm so glad that she was recommended to me!
