Very unkind, abrupt, and insulted me during my visit. While she may be intelligent, belittling someone is never appropriate.

Worst provider ever. Very rude and doesn't listen to you, she over talks you. Doesn't care why you are there, apparently she is just there for the paycheck and not the people. Most rudest dr i have ever encountered. Won't listen to you, will just talk over you.

Very unprofessional, does not care about what you came in for. She is in a hurry and will not listen to you, she will over talk you. You will end up leaving crying not even knowing if you got the correct treatment or not because she will make you think you are insane for coming in for this problem, Very very very rude, has no beside manners. She does not need to be a Dr if she does not have compassion. Get her out the door, she does not deserve to be a provider to patients when all she does is degrade you for being sick.

Nelly was extremely rude and condescending, did not listen to me, and I left without anything being resolved. I am clearly very sick with mastitis and my urine sample confirmed infection. She still refused to give me antibiotics and basically told me to get over it. She gave me advice that is the opposite of any research I have done and any other professionals I have spoken to. I do not trust her opinion whatsoever. This woman should absolutely not be in healthcare and I would highly recommend going literally anywhere else.

This woman has no business being in healthcare. She was extremely rude, and did not listen to a word that came out of mouth. If you look at my chart, you can see physical proof that I am not lying about what I came in for. She was lazy, and brushed me off as crazy. I was instructed to go to ICC per my doctor, and I will be avoiding her ICC like the plague.

Aside from the fact I can hardly understand a word she says, this provider is not the typical NP I am used to.I ask for NPs to see over MD because of the good care I receive. But Nellie is very lax in her assessment and she never listens. She is always in a hurry and she does not seem to understand what I try to tell her. My insurance assigned me to her but I have new insurance and thankfully, I can choose another NP . She is nice and all, she is just not very knowledgeable or skilled.
