Dr. Nelsa Losada, OD

I have been consulting with Dr. Losada since 2006 for rigid gas permeable contact lenses. These lenses are hard to fit; however, Dr. Losada is very patient, knowledgeable, and diligent. She has always ensured my vision is as good as physically possible. Often improving my vision over time to achieve 20/20 from my left eye which has a severe deformed cornea. I have never been happier with any other Optometrist and I would recommend her 100%.

I went and saw Dr. Losada as a new patient and was blown away. The options for frames are top notch (and there are affordable options also). The staff is so nice and professional. I did not have to wait at all after I showed up for my appointment, and all the office equipment is very modern and up to date. Not to mention Dr. Losada was very thorough, took many scans to ensure my eyes were in good health, and answered all of my questions. She even helped me pick out some frames while my eyes were dilating. Would recommend to anyone.

I saw Dr. Losada a couple months ago since I was getting headaches frequently. The receptionist was very nice and I was surprised I only had to wait 3-4 minutes before Dr. Losada called me back. I used to work at a doctors office and that is unheard of. Dr. Losada was very knowledgeable about the cause of my headaches and we ordered lenses that day. Keep away from this business. Huge lack of interest on their patients. Never try to buy multifocus glasses. Really bad. ??. Really expensive with absence of costumer service. Greedy people.
