Old School & Traumatic
Telehealth
Session was extremely unsettling from the beginning. Counselor made comments re: women's appearance, dismissed my concerns with outdated thinking. When discussing traumatic events he was dismissive and made victim blaming commentary. The session created more trauma without adding any productive benefits.
