Nicholas Dikeos, LPCC

Mr. Dikeos is excellent with teens and their families. He is so knowledgeable, respectful, honest, and proactive. His guidance and therapy have literally changed my son’s life and his guidance to us, as his parents, has repaired our relationship and communication with our son. He is an excellent therapist at an excellent practice. I highly recommend!

I sent my teenage son to Dikeos after he was experiencing trouble at my ex-wife's house. The initial visit, which included me and my ex-wife seemed fine. Went over his problems and what we were hoping to achieve. He expressed that we might be consulted as a family going forward as necessary. After about 8 visits, I learned that Dikeos was regularly communicating with my son's mother, leaving me out of the loop (despite it being me who was paying for the sessions and me that initiated counselling). Following his advice, my ex moved my son back into her unstable environment and predictably, the behavior that led to the need for counselling quickly resurfaced. Aside from this, he was routinely late for appointments and often cut them short. The 60 minute sessions averaged about 30 minutes.
