Terrible Experience
My family have used the Sheldon ER on several occasions over the years, some visits including stitches and a heart attack. At my last visit I was unfortunate to have Mr. Vust assigned to my care. He wrongly assumed my identity based on my last name and formed a judgement before even meeting me and insinuated that I was seeking drugs. It was, hands down, the worst and most humiliating medical experience of my 59 years.
