Nicole follows old standards for passing off DOT physicals (in Type 1 diabetic individuals) that have been done away with over 5 years ago (according the Drivers License clerk). She refused to pass my son off for a minimum of 6 months to a year EVEN WITH a pass from his endocrinologist and ophthalmologist. The drivers license called this provider “extreme” and recommended going somewhere else for DOT physical which we will do.

I don't want to this to seem like a smear campaign at all, but I think it is important for me to share so others expecting mothers can have a better care experience. There were several things going on with my health and my baby's health that seemed like they were getting missed or ignored, to the point where near the end of my pregnancy I finally switched doctors. There were several times where Nicole said, "Well everything seems fine." And then when I would ask a follow up question, it was clear to me that she was not actually reading my chart or out baby's ultra sound results thoroughly. When I did change doctor's, as soon as my doctor read over my ultrasound results, he said that my baby had been consistently measuring in the 2nd percentile, & had he seen these results in the first place he would have done immediate follow up testing and potentially sent me to a high risk specialist. Luckily my baby was ok, but there were big problems solved for Baby and I just by actual follow up.

This is one of my favorite care centers I’ve ever been to and Nicole Jeppesen is such a wonderful and kind doctor!

She was my doctor a few years back. I was going through trials and tribulations to say the least. She was understanding, empathetic, warm and professional. Every time i left her office i felt better and better. I moved out of state or i would still be one of her patients. I would recommend her for your whole family.

I started seeing Nicole when my hubby and I lived in Rexburg. We moved to Idaho Falls and refuse to find an I.F dr because we like her that much. She takes the time to discuss the problem with u instead of rushing u out the door like a lot of drs do. She's amazing. I will suggest her to anyone who asks.

She is wonderful and very helpful. She does not make the visits awkward, so it is easy to talk to her and solve the problem.
