Horrible office practices!!! Be very careful they will not be upfront until after you arrive. Unless you have done what they want they will say he can’t see you unless you have this procedure

This is the 4th time they messed up my schedule. They claim they called to confirm and never did which is why I missed my first one after their reopen. Found out they had my wrong number. Now with my right number and two appointments later still didn’t call to confirm and then got cancelled. Call and reschedule my appointment for Aug 17 for Aug 20,2020 and was told they didn’t have me on the schedule. You guys need to get your stuff together because I am sick of taking off and not being seen because you guys are unprofessional and can’t keep your word and put a dam appointment on a computer. Maybe y’all need to just shut down.
