Rare to find a provider that explains treatment in words easy to understand. She treats by the current research and guidelines which some patients do not always agree with as the only care about getting antibiotics- whether warranted or not!

Horrible tele health visit. I would stay away from this provider. My child met all strep criteria and had exposure but she said viral. Misdiagnosed. Once called out on not following clinical guidelines she ended chat. Also she said white spots are required with strep, a quick check in cdc and many other websites tells you this provider has no clue what she is doing

Was able to give me a new recommendation for a problem I’d had for awhile that others could not help with. Highly intelligent and explained things in way that were easy to understand.

Seen via telehealth. She took the time to discuss over the counter treatment recommendations and wrote me the necessary prescriptions to treat my sickness. I appreciated her care very much.

This provider was connected to me via a health app. Complete waste of time. Not only did she not listen, she tried to prescribe an inappropriate treatment. I had to contact another provider who is an actual doctor and they agreed that what she prescribed was not appropriate. Avoid K Health and this nurse at all costs!

Extremely rude and dismissive. Refused to help beyond the normal. Refused to consider chronic issues with her recommendations. Unprofessional, lacking bedside manner, compassion and empathy. Waste of time and honestly she infuriated me being so dismissive

I had a telehealth appointment in June for a chronic/reoccurring issue. She was very informative and went over the pros and cons of all the medication options available, listened to my drug reaction history, and worked with me to try a medication we both felt comfortable with. She also made a life changing suggestion of adding a specific supplement to my diet. Since adding in the supplement, my chronic issue vanished. I have been dealing with this issue for years and not a single other provider ever suggested this supplement. I am thankful for the time she took to educate me and make suggestions. She looked not only at temporary relief, but long term treatment. Thank you!!!

Horrid experience. Didn’t even LOOK at me, rushed out, and attitude was horrendous.

I've never had a worse experience with a health professional. She was very dismissive and rude, and dangerously misinformed. I wouldn't trust her to treat a papercut.
