Compassionate, Patient, & Extremely Knowledgeable
My first real experience with a telehealth platform (Push) and Nicole got back to me quickly and listened to my full care request and was incredibly friendly throughout the whole exchange. I get nervous about new medical providers and have had bad experiences being ignored or overlooked. Nicole made me feel completely heard, answered every question and gave me every bit of information I could possibly need to feel comfortable. I don’t think I can overstate how great she was because it’s so important in this field. I will definitely be seeking continued care management from her, and I highly recommend her to everyone!
