Very rude and cold. Almost like we were an inconvenience for her day. Stated “if I’d call I’d known”. What she did not know is I DID! No one answered. It was NOT listed on paperwork for requirements like she stated it was. I would most definitely find a different PHD. Surprised she hasn’t been reported to the board.

Terrible psychologist
Nicole is extremely unfriendly and cold and hostile. I felt unwelcome from the moment I reached out. I was judged and denied for mental health services although it wasn’t my fault. I do not recommend this terrible “psychologist” to anyone!

Unfortunately I was unable to see her because she was so rude over e-mail. I sent a long message detailing what I needed help with, and she replied back with a jumbled, misspelled e-mail stating she cannot help. It was very strange. You would think as someone in the mental health profession they would be concerned, and perhaps even say something encouraging, maybe even a recommendation to see someone else. No. Also, there was no reason as to why she couldn’t see me. Dissatisfied.

I like Dr. Bereolos very much. I'm going through SEVERAL major life changes, all at the same time. She's helping me prioritize what needs to be done when AND helping me realize some things I've never taken the time to figure out. Now, these major changes are still a big deal BUT I've been able to view them more matter-of-factly whereas before I was simply overwhelmed and stagnant.
