DO NOT SEE
I saw this provider because mine had left. It seems a LOT of the good providers providers are leaving! Nicole documented that I have no family history of melanoma or skin cancer! She never asked. My dad had Melanoma that required surgery as well as chemo and radiation! She also did not ask if I have had anything removed and I have! Very rude and unprofessional.

Nicole seriously is not qualified The reason for my visit was severe hyperpigmentation over 1 nite. I just read her note from my chart She did nothing as she documented. in depth oral exam. Barely observed.Sll signs os AG ng however overnite never informed of any interventions that she documented. I am an RN for 44 years.Never ever would recommend her. She should be reported!
