Nicole LISTENS. I even moved all the way to Charlotte but will not be changing primary care providers as she is the best. Having had chronic health struggles throughout my life, I have met a lot of crappy providers that clearly do not care. She's the opposite of that and I'm so grateful for her genuine concern. It shows that she loves what she does!

I have been going to Davidson Family Medicine for many years loved my health care practitioner before and was recently introduced to Nicole. She is wonderful, as was my previous provider. Easy to talk to, listens with care and concern, offers options that I am comfortable with and takes the time to get to know me. Everyone at the office is open, friendly and wanting to help.

Dr. Deschenes was very attentive, personable, knowledgable, and caring. She was very willing to answer any of my questions and never gave me the impression that those questions were dumb or inconsequential. One of the many nice things about this practice is that the doctors and nurses don't seem to be on a time 'schedule' or limit with patients.
