Nicole Filian, MSW

Working with Nicole has gotten me through some seriously troubling times. Seeing her every week is a highlight for me, its a safe space where I can decompress, release, and find solutions to things that are hanging over my head. She allows me to feel comfortable to express the way I am feeling in it's entirety while also offering ways to shift my thinking toward a more positive mindset. She is thorough, timely, and so easy to work with. Whether we are deep diving into past traumas or talking about the past week, she is always all in and attentive to my needs. I am so grateful to have found such an amazing therapist to work with.

I've been in therapy for the past few years. I've had such an amazing, healing, and wonderful experience in therapy. I thank Nicole for helping me to feel like I can overcome so many different things I had went through. My anxiety is no longer how it used to be. I have a happiness and joy that wasn't there before.
