Nicole Frankle, FNP

Ms. Frankle has been my husbands PCP for several years now. He is a complex case with MS being his main issue. From DAY ONE Ms. Frankle has gone above and beyond with the care she has provided him, all the while being concerned about my well-being, too, as his fulltime caregiver. Her compassion and dedication is something you can only hope for in a provider. When Ms. Frankle says she is going to do something- be it a prescription, a referral, or what have you, you can rest assured it will be done and promptly! I am crying as I write this because I am overwhelmed with gratitude to have such a caring professional on our team.

Treated Like a Child. The doctor needed help reading the emergency room report of my 19 year old son who had 2 injured hands. She had no time to answer my questions and dismissed them when I asked. I attempted to help my son fill out paperwork who had injured hands she ripped them out of mine.
