I would NOT recommend
If you are experiencing extreme psychological issues I would not recommend Dr. Gabriel. She's a good listener in the sense that makes you feel like she's on your side and hearing you by nodding and making good eye contact but she does NOT give much guidance or direction. Most of the session was just me talking in circles with no help from Dr Gabriel. Also, Dr. Gabriel breaks confidentiality when she pleases and with no warning to the client. That is an issue. She brings up situations from other clients as well. I did not feel truly cared about by Dr. Gabriel. I made no progress with her. Also, she does not seem qualified in what she says she is. I am very displeased with my experience and write all this hoping it helps someone else make a better decision for their care.

The best!
After trying several therapist, Dr. Gabriel is the best! She got me through a very tough time my life- equipped me with the right tools to navigate my anxiety. She has amazing communication skills, patience, and is non-judge mental. I cannot recommend her enough, she just gets it!
