Nicole is patient, understanding, non-judgmental and awesome. I instantly felt comfortable around her & sharing with her. She doesn't leave me with awkward silences, makes sure to ask me important questions and help me understand my feelings. Over the course of a few months, she helped me improve on my personal mental health goals. She gave me the tools to be able to "rewire" my thinking. Her encouragement and down-to-earth personality is what makes her the best counsellor I have gone to.
