Nicole Has Been Great!
My kids have been seeing Nicole for about 6 years now. She has been a good support for both of them. Highly recommend. Never had an issue with appointments or communication.

Poor communication
She's communicates through text with her clients and I say 'communicates' very lightly. I was told we were scheduled for 4-16 at 9am. When we showed up she was 20 minutes late and told me she had us scheduled for 4-18. Nothing about 4-18 was discussed at all. She said she already had an another client at 9am, it was 9:20 at this time and she had just shown up. Lack of communication and punctuality aren't good qualities for a counselor of children.
