Ms. Hornsby overprescribed a prescription. I was set to have surgery last year and Ms. Hornsby prescribed a diuretic for me, even though I was already taking another diuretic. I was only supposed to take the 2nd prescription ONCE. She sent the order to the pharmacy for once per day. This caused my levels to go way off balance and I had to wait in the hospital for a week before it was safe to have my surgery. Ms. Hornsby, in my opinion, is unprofessional and incompetent. I have complained through several venues, including the administration of Penn Medicine, and nothing was done, to the best of my knowledge. They just don't care.
