Dr. Nicole Kish, OD

I went for my 1st vist to have some metal pulled from my eye,they where great. Tried to go back for same thing (something in my eye) and they tried to charge me nearly triple for the same exact visit. When i questioned about it they where very rude. I walked out frustrated, don't understand 270.00 for a simple eye appointment.

I never have to wait!!! And the doctor is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! And they have a child doctor 3 times a week!!! Love it been going for around 5 years now!

My first visit in several years. I survived the paper work and a large a large crowd at 10:00 AM. However, the staff was active and moved everyone in the proper direction. My visit with Dr. Kish was great as we discussed options for eye care and solving all of the city problems. I recommend everyone to visit this office for eye care.

Terrible experience with Dr. Kish’s office and staff. Have been a long time patient of Dr. Latimer’s. He is great to work with and really helpful. I visited him for the first time since he joined Dr. Kish’s office yesterday, and I won’t go back as long as he is there. Was charged by Dr. Kish’s staff way more than is typical just for the exam, and when an issue came up with my contacts, the staff was unhelpful and rude regarding getting things fixed. I was told that I wasn’t “forced” into doing anything and was told I can’t speak with Dr. Latimer directly to address issues. It’s clear that they don’t really care about the problems I’ve had with this office. Really seems like this office is more interested in your money than your care. Would love to continue seeing Dr. Latimer but not with this office.

Terrible experience. I saw Dr. Kish for an annual eye exam. Her office staff was more interested in collecting $39.50 for services not covered by my insurance (UHC Medicare Advantage). They didn’t bother to explain what the additional fee was for and then shoved a liability disclaimer in my face for me to sign. I assume it was for some fancy piece of equipment that she purchased that insurance companies don’t see as medically necessary. Dr. Kish spent less than five minutes with me. No dilation of my eyes, in fact no mention of it. No information about checking for glaucoma or macular degeneration. She bumped up my glasses prescription nd then left. I had seen her twice before and when I was paying her full fee out of my pocket, he did a more comprehensive exam. Needless to say, if she doesn’t like what UHC pays, then cancel your agreement. I won’t be back. I have also filed a complaint with UHC and with Medicare. Save your time and go to another doctor.

Horrible

It was a Sunday I had an accident Made an appointment on Sunday at 3pm to see another dr that works there. We were told no problem just bring your insurance cards in and we will see you. I filled out the information and gave them my cards, while listening to a conversation between the receptionists that should have been done in private. I finished almost all the paper work, and they say oh we can't take insurance. Been nice to know when we called initially. Waisted 2 hours of my time.

Dr. Kish is an offensive, overbearing person. She described her diabetic patients as "job security." I was appalled when I left.

Here we go...I was a patient of another OD and she had merged offices. The office staff could not "find my families records" and in the process could not find my insurance information. I thought I was going to my regular OD, but was not the case! The office staff "played it off" like they accepted our insurance, which the original OD did. Our office visit cost us over $150.00 dollars. Went to another OD in the area, same treatment (exam), total cost $50.00. CONSUMERS BEWARE!

I recently started on medication which requires me to have my eyes checked every six months. I was unhappy with my current optometrist office, and was told about this office. From the moment I walked in I felt like family! Every person I encountered from check in to check out was friendly, professional, and efficient. My wait time was really nonexistent. Dr Kish is so funny, and down to earth. She took the time to explain the reasons for the checkup and why it was so important on this medicat

I lost one contact this morning while attending a conference in Norman. I'm from out of town and was able to have my prescription faxed over to this office. However, the girl at the desk absolutely would not help. Said they cannot sell me under a $140 dollar purchase or help me out via trial pair I even offered to pay 4 a box, a pair or even the trial pair of contacts. I was desperate - headache & all. No compassion, no smile, she was very rude and very inconsiderate. I left in tears.

I have been going to Dr. Kish since I was little and I love her! She treats me as if she knows me outside of being her patient.
