Nicole Kitchen is absolutely horrible. I made my appointment months ago to get something removed from my neck. I had to take time off of work to come in and I was not familiar with this office location. I got pulled into the wrong lot because of the signs, it took me time to get out of the paid lot, I called ahead, they said NO PROBLEM. When I rushed in I saw Nicole, she yapped away for ten minutes, then told me she can't see me, I need to make another appointment. Are you $#$#ing kidding me? Total horse bleep! She was so rude, could care less about my time. Didn't want to help me out. Absolutely stay away from her, I wouldn't trust her at all.
