I saw her early January concerning bersitis in both hips and some arthritis. I had to quit bike exercising and walking last October because of pain. She prescribed 6 weeks, 3x weekly, physical therapy to stretch the big tendon that runs from pelvis to knee,, over the bersa sacs. The tendon was very tight and irritating the sacs. After only 2 weeks therapy the pain level went from 8 to 4. After 4 weeks there was NO pain no matter how far I walked. After 5 weeks I can ride my bike or walk 1 hour,
