Nicole Munshower, PA-C

I have been seeing her since I retired from Active Duty. I have been overly thrilled with the treatments so far. What was easily dismissed while seeing the on-base physicians is now properly diagnosed. Referrals have been fast and easy all staying within the TPMG family. I could be seen at the VA for free but I have found contacting them to be troublesome so it is worth paying the co-pay knowing I can get first rate care with Mrs. Munshower and the TPMG family. Only concern has been with one receptionist that seems to have forgotten her customer service appeal when welcoming patients.

Have seen Nicole on several occasions. Have always received great care. Very personable and know what treatment is required. Won't hesitate seeing her again.

No. I would not recommend Nicole Munshower to family or friends. Her initial response to my daughter’s request for help with the extreme anxiety she was experiencing was to double her newly prescribed anxiety meds. When my daughter reached out again, She took over 24 hours to respond to my daughter. I called and left messages requesting they contact my daughter as she was experiencing extreme anxiety. No response for over 24 hours. I ended up taking my daughter to the emergency room for help which resulted in her being admitted to the hospital for 10 days. Nicole’s lack of concern and urgency to help my daughter is extremely concerning. When Nicole finally responded to my daughter’s email she told her to go to the emergency room. I also received calls back from the office instructing me to take her to the emergency room. Too little too late. If my daughter didn’t have a family aware of her extreme change in behavior I fear for what would have happened to her.

Reckless pseudo-physician, without any knowledge of the hippocratic oath with visible memory disorder. That's my diagnosis of the beloved PA (I wonder why she never made it to be a real doctor!?) NIcole Munshower. She switched me on one medication, put me on a regimen and then drop me as a patient. For those of you who say she is knowledgeable, are you guys actually physicians? She is rude and dismissive and doesn't remember content of emails. This type of behavior testifies to her low-level professionalism. Highly unrecommended!

Kind, compassionate, respectful, a good listener, an active participant in the conversation. Add to that a very likable personality.

Dr Nicole Munshower is and excellent and professional Psychiatrist. I've had several Psychiatrists over the years and she is by far the best I've had. She is very knowledgeable about all of my meds, psych and medical. I find her demeanor very encouraging.

She listens and definitely helped me with my anxiety.

I brought my daughter in for a visit and it was such an amazing visit. She took her time and evaluated her diagnoses the correct way. Why I say this is because I took my daughter to her own PCP and they did not. Put her on the wrong meds and everything smh. I am glad I went to see P.A Munshower, I would recommend her to anyone that needs to be seen. Great job and keep up the amazing work!!!!
