I've seen two different consultants at this practice and both were amazing! The office was able to fit us in before and after our baby's tongue tie release. I felt supported and my baby is feeding like a champ. Highly recommend!

Don't waste your time with them. It is distressing for a first time mom to have problems feeding their new precious baby and trying to figure it all out. Nicole and her team didnt help the situation at all or understand the urgency when contacted. Calling goes straight to vm, I text Nicole and she responded a few hours later and said she would send info to office manager, who finally sent me info after I asked Nicole again. They sent a LC who wasnt even Nicole. That LC - Stefanie, made an assessment, had me try some positions and advised I just keep bf a lot more. She said she would send me info and schedule a follow up. Stefanie had a worse follow through than Nicole. I waited 2-3 days then contacted her about it. She sent me info and said she would contact me about the follow up 2 days later, but no word. I gave up trying to work with them and Stefanie finally contacted me a week later. Nicole and her team just didn't care much... and only want the insurance money.

Would not recommend. She did not help at all with my issue or give any advice other than "keep breastfeeding". Nicole then talked about her own personal health issues for 90% of the appointment time, and did not follow up with the information she said she would send post appointment.
