I started in 2018 with Dr. Cook with a history of severe cluster headaches for more than 10 years. After using my daytime and nighttime appliances my cluster headaches started to subside. After a few weeks they were completely gone. I was amazed after the agony I had gone through. Previous to visiting Dr. Cook, I decided to wean off the medications that my Nuerologist and general practitioner had given me. My cluster headaches became even more frequent and violent. Through internet research I found Dr. Cook, investigated her credentials, spoke to her on the telephone and decided to make an appointment. Dr. Cook and all her staff are amazing. Their attention to detail is impeccable and in my dental experience second to none. I decided to have a total mouth reconstruction to prevent cluster headaches, repair chipped and damaged teeth and not to have to wear a daytime appliance. I am thankful to Dr. Cook, God and all my friends and families for their prayers. My life has been restored.

Dr. Cook is very nice and very gentle. Unfortunately I haven't had the best experience with her office staff and quite honestly I feel a little cheated. I had a root canal and two cavities filled during my last visit. I've had problems with both areas that Dr. Cook did work on. I called about the pain I was experiencing and both Dawn and Maria (front desk staff) made excuses. They didn't even offer to schedule an appointment to have the Dr. take a look (and I did ask for one to be scheduled).

My entire family sees Dr. Cook. 3 young children my wife and myself. We love her. She makes a connection with all of us and genuinely cares. She listens and explains in detail. It’s nice having a doctor that isn’t in a rush to get out of the room and who helps you make decisions that are best for you and not makes them for you. Highly recommend her to anyone with children or if it’s just you.

Dr. Cook always takes her time to explain what is happening. I have to see her a few times a month. If we have to make changes to our medical plan, she will tell me why. Dr. Cook will tell me other alternatives, (explained in detail) so I can understand our choice!

She's great. She takes the time to explain everything and she's extremely nice.

It was a great experience. She listened to everything I had concerns about. She discusses in detail what we need to do and how. She makes you feel as if your the only patient there, she does not rush to another patient. Nicole also is quick to call you about any blood work results and if I called the office I to speak to her nurse directly and Nicole will call you back same day..highly recommend her to anyone.
