Nicole Sherer takes a patient seriously, gets on the issue right away, calls in scripts immediately. I was so impressed with her accuracy in assessment and knowledge about my issue and willingness to help, I was so blown away, and you understand I had already been to two doctors who did not treat me or care I felt. She is dynamic and caring and accurate. When you find a good practitioner, I certainly will speak up and her staff is very competent as well, you can see they are all well trained and I think training and updating that training is key to any office and it really shows here. The other offices I went to personally, they either could not get me in or failed to call a script in or some mishap that could have cost me an eye! and I live alone. When Nicole Sherer saw me there was no hesitation, she treated me swiftly and called in medicine and began to save my eye due to shingles and gave me a plan for future visits to resolve my issue. I am very lucky to have found her.
