Nicole Tedesco, LCSW

This was my first therapy experience. She is extremely unprofessional. If I could give Nicole a 0/5 stars I would. I was really struggling mentally at the beginning of the year with depression. I wanted to seek therapy to help guide me. I ended up booking the earliest appointment I could with Nicole which was a month away. I was really struggling mentally during the month of waiting. When the appointment finally arrived, I received an email 10 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment saying that the meeting is cancelled with ZERO notice. I responded back in the email stating how unprofessional it is was and I could have sought therapy elsewhere. Her response to me was an ego stroke stating all her “achievements”. Personally, I would not want a therapist who does not seem to empathize and care about mental struggles. Moreover, I would not want one that does not know how to take accountability for their actions. Thankfully, I found a better therapist to help me out :)

I love the simplicity and I love my therapist. Very easy to use.

I've been and out of therapy for the last 15 years with anxiety disorder and PTSD and Nicole is far and away the best therapist I've been to. She truly cares and most of all she truly is helping me sort the mess out. She's great.

I got seriously mental issues going on they completely shut me down no call has called out three times when it was important and I had a serious then I get all the way there which is an hour away from my house I was in able to see her So therefore she lost my trust I even left messages stating that I want to talk call me It’s Emergency never got a call back so I switch counselors I only saw Nicole once out of the whole time of being there which it’s supposed to be every other week & got no help

I have revieved so much help with my issues. I am a better husband, father and person because of the help Nicole has given me!
