Dr. Hiltz's compassion and caring helped me regain my strength, and also gave me the opportunity to learn from and grow from my pain and the past traumas I had experienced. The creative and nurturing nature about her gave me so much insight and helped me become the best version of myself. I highly recommend her and her services.

Here are a few simple facts about my one and only appointment with her: 1. after 45 minutes of intake, she told me that she was not sure an office type setting would be the best environment for therapy for me and my husband (he was not there at the time) 2. she recommended a weeklong retreat, on a private island, in Belize! 3. her boyfriend, who happens to be a psychologist, would come along as well 4. and how soon could we find childcare for our 5 kids, and go? 5. the cost, $52,000! 6. and I should call her by tonight to confirm, so we could arrange for FIRST CLASS tickets to fly out of Harrisburg 7. not kidding. I am a physician. I am very aware of the patient/physician/therapist code of honor.....this was beyond dishonorable. I reported her to the State. After 2.5 years, they found nothing worthy of reprimand! Be careful.

I had very high hopes in my initial meetings with Dr Hiltz. I was facing substantial, persistent difficulties in my life. She offered me a one month "intensive therapy" session that would cost $6,000, and $3,000 per month after that. I thought for that price it would certainly be transformative. I was duped. It was a day long session with some follow up that culminated with her asking me, "you need to figure out what you want." Really?? That's it? Do your best to steer clear of her.

This doctor meddled in my custody case with my children as retained by my ex wife to provide a mental evaluation as required by the court. Dr. Hiltz made recommendations that my children were at no risk to be around their mother to the court with her findings. She failed to properly investigate and made recommendations without contacting CYS that had received five mandated reports from various professionals. She is a quack and doesn't do her due diligence as a "professional"

I e-mailed her to tell her I was interested in individual therapy and asked if she was in network with my insurance company. She told me, "The process I use with the majority of my clients to achieve their desired outcomes isn't formatted on a weekly 50 minute therapy session. While they have emotional issues that are core to our work, I'm not diagnosing and treating clients for mental illness or disorders." What? She doesn't treat clients for mental illness or disorders? Ok..... Then, she told
