I didn’t even want to give her 1 star but zero is not an option. She has no bedside manner and has poor judgement. She diagnosed me with scabies but called in mental health meds for terets and schizophrenia. Then reported me to insurance for doctor shopping. 17 months later, I lost all of my hair, declined hearing and eye site are just a few health problems that I have had since my visit with her. Her actions prevented me from getting much needed healthcare but more importantly, 17 months of physical suffering to put it mildly. Had she done her job as a medical professional with integrity, none of this would have happened. I was finally diagnosed with CIRS. The sores I had on my scalp and body were not scabies nor were they from IV drug use as she determined in 3 minutes with me. I was having an inflammatory response to toxic mold which has been growing in my system at a rapid rate which is dangerous and if left untreated can be fatal. Going to Nikki has proven to be dangerous for my health which makes her a disgrace to the medical industry and should not be able to practice medicine.

Nikki was very professional and efficient. Quickly assessed my facial skin and took me through each of the areas I was concerned about, clarifying what was concerning or not, and recommending/taking immediate action on the single area of concern. A smart lady who gave me a lot of confidence in my outlook !

Saw Nikki last week and wow what practitioner! She’s very professional, kind, and knows her stuff. I went with her prescribed treatment after years of trying what my primary care wanted to do and *boom* all clear within the week. Thank you so much for helping with something that my primary couldn’t figure out!

Ms. Nikki is the most professional, intelligent, and thorough dermatologist I have ever had. She takes time to listen and understand my difficult case. Since seeing her we have made major progress with my skin disorder and other ancillary skin issues, that I couldn't help but be thrilled with the results. I'll continue seeing her and I have been recommending her to all my friends and family in the area!

P.A. Nikki Orciuch (Traylor) was : * Dismissive * Condescending * Rude * Judgmental * Did not listen when I was trying to tell her the medical history for my condition. She decided to do her own thing, in complete opposition of what my previous doctor had diagnosed. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and tried her prescribed treatment. After a week of using her RX I could not walk and was in a lot of pain. My skin issue having gone from annoying to the worse I had even experienced.

I wasn't pleased with my first visit to North Atlanta Dermatology today because of this woman. I asked questions and expressed my thoughts. Perhaps Nikki felt put off that I didn't want to use antibiotics again. I wasn't clear on her prescriptions for my skin. I didn't get to fully explain my recent skin condition and symptoms. She didn't really listen, she was dismissive and seemed agitated. Quick visit. I felt she was over me. And frankly, I was over her and did not want a follow-up with her.
