Nikki O'Rourke 'saw' my husband in Memory Care. She had a Medicare Annual Wellness Appointment without my knowledge or permission. It was worthless. She changed him from Full Code to Do Not Resuscitate. without the authority to do so. Grace at Home is completely incompetent and only interested in making money. In fact, a different Grace at Home Nurse Practitione had had an AWE with him less than a month before, also without my knowledge or permission. Fortunately, Medicare at least denied payment for the second AWE. My husband's medical records were full of mistakes. Among other things, GAH said he had Parkinson's & had been sterilized when neither were true. When I tried to talk to one of the doctor. the office refused to let me do so. The practice manager also made several untrue statements to me, was very defensive., and eventually stopped returning my phone callsThey billed our insurance for 'treating' chronic illnesses that my husband did not have. Grace cannot be trusted.
