Dr. Nina Belfrom, PSY.D

I saw Dr. Belfrom as a college student a few years ago but her impact on me is evident to this day. She is so respectful of everything you say, you never feel like you're being judged. She is extraordinarily attentive and she doesn't wait for you to finish speaking just so she can have a turn talking. I struggle with depression and she was always kind and encouraging. She taught me to learn to love myself and take pride in my resiliency. She guides you on a journey to feeling better, helps you become aware of any unhealthy thought patterns, and how you can change them. You don't go to Dr. Belfrom to vent, you go to her to change.
