My husband and I both see Nina and we always have a pleasant experience, very attentive, and listen to our concerns. Nina really took the time to go over all my husbands health concerns and get him to the right specialist. I would definitely recommend seeing her she is truly the best

Nina O’Mailia is direct and no nonsense but she listens and is supportive. In general, she is a refreshing change. I hated going to the doctors office and wouldn’t go unless absolutely necessary. Hence, I wasn’t proactively taking care of myself. Now, I feel comfortable seeing Nina and getting my health back on track.

Every time i saw Nina at Orchid health. My concerns were neglected. Th 1st time I went in for a check after I had my kidney stones? Bc my kidney Dr told me. She drug tested me bc I asked for my anxiety medicine, which would have been fine except I was currently doped up from having a kidney stone, in pain, and I had just had my Stent removed that day. She kept me in the room,made me drink till I could pee. Second time I had waited to long after having covid and was suffering from a bad sinus infection. The only person available was her...so I said fine. She prescribed me penicillin which i cannot have.. and when I called her on it, she argued with me and said I would be fine. I was also told to fake sudefed it would help and plus she likes taking it because it suppress her appetite. She recommended it to me for that after i told her my body doesn't like sudafed. Infection never went away,I called several times tellingthe clinic it wasn't going away. She ignored it.

Nina O'Mailia did something that I did not consent to and that she explicitly stated she would not do as part of a sensitive procedure to apparently satisfy her medical curiosity. Left me anxiety attacks and distrust of doctors. Also refused me cancer tests despite being in the appropriate age group and never had the tests done previously. Relieved I do not deal with her anymore.

NINA IS LITERALLY THE SWEETEST, MOST HONEST CARE PROVIDER I have ever had! She so great to my daughter and really helps me with questions I have.

My daughter had 11am appt we were seen early! Her MA was extremely friendly and fun. Nina was professional, kind, and courteous. She prescribed medication for her and we were done. I would highly recommend her as a provider

Hands down the best physician Assistant I’ve ever seen, I call her my Doctor, got services that I desperately needed with little effort, the care has always been exceptional. Highly recommend letting this lady care for yourself and family.

I saw Nina after I cut part of my scalp on a boat cover. She already had a full schedule and was really great about working me in quickly and saving me a visit to urgent care. I ended up needing some stitches and the whole visit was quick, efficient and seamless. Nina and her assistant were a great team, very personable.

She was very knowledgeable and patient with ALL of my questions. I felt supported and cared for. She was friendly and professional. I will be seeing her as my Reg provider!! Thank you!

I've seen Nina a handful of times for various things and she is always on time and so helpful. She helped diagnose my ovarian tumor which ended up being stage 1 ovarian cancer and helped me get everything coordinated with OBGYN and surgery and the whole experience smooth, organized and efficient. I'm so appreciative of her sharp medical skills and kind bedside manner that made an otherwise scary diagnosis much less scary and manageable. Forever in gratitude to her for this! I have and will continue to recommend her to family and friends for any primary care needs, she's one of the best.

Nina is excellent at listening and ordering whatever tests needed to find answers! Smart, warm and always runs on time!!

I was 8 minutes late but had less than 15 minutes with doctor before she prescribed lexapro. Seems like she's affiliated with the co. I made it clear I have no desire to take something every single day for a mild/moderate problem with anxiety, but she insisted. She also yawned 4 times while she was talking to me, which doesn't necessarily speak to her ability as a doctor. She didn't ask about any underlaying causes that might be causing anxiety. To her credit she did suggest I get counseling
