The fact that she never completed measuring me for garments needed but stated in my medical records she had completed all that was needed is definitely not doing the right thing. Terrible follow up and communication. I showed up for my appointment 3 times and she called out but I wasn't told until I showed up.

it is probably 6 years ago she fixed my lymphoma (?) and cellulitis.
