Poor bedside manner. Will become angry if challenged. Through confession and projection, will craft patient charts to put herself in a better light while talking about the patient in a disparaging manner. Withheld blood pressure meds while impersonating another office member in an attempt to bully, intimidate.Do yourself a favor and find someone more professional.

Noele takes the time to sit down and talk with patients. She listens to my concerns and makes me feel heard. She is always willing to discuss health conditions without judgement and is always willing to provide appropriate resources when needed. I have recommended her care to several different friends and family members!

Last week I was seen by Nurse Practitioner Noele Thompson. Never in my life have I left a doctors office so humiliated and belittled. I went to this office, for the first time, for a wellness exam for work. I am overweight, I have been my whole life (I have PCOS and deal with disordered eating due to past trauma) and this was initially discussed with her. She tells me I should seriously consider weight loss surgery or medical weight loss program - basically just trying to get me to take pills when I told her how I had tried different things like that in that past like that and it's not sustainable. The weight always comes back. I advised I was seeing a therapist and was aware of my disordered eating/anxiety/etc. around this, and when I got upset bc she wasn't listening to me, she proceeded to ask if I thought therapy was actually helping when she just wasn't listening to me/making me feel heard and had awful bedside manner. This was her first time meeting me and she judged me so hard.
