I called to cancel the appointment due to not feeling well( cold symptoms), the staff was very unfriendly and said would charge service fee not to call in within 24 hours. This is ridiculous, how can I predict sickness within 24 hours? And the staff said that you are sick, that is why you need to come to see doctor. She is so mean and unprofessional!
