Don’t waste your time with her
Telehealth
If you’re looking for a nonjudgemental, kind, educated, open minded therapist. Don’t choose Norma. When talking about my problems she had preconceived notions that she could not let go of, steering us away from focusing on the real problem. Her responses were always very short but she had this attitude that she had just did something. After a few visits she asked me if I was ready for a break even though she hadn’t helped me at all whatsoever. Instead of giving me actual advice she’d tell me to read a certain book that when I did read it, it had nothing to do with my problems. I think this is due to her assuming things instead of asking me questions. All together I would not recommend Norma. She needs way more training and especially needs to check her ego.
