I would like to thank Dr Yacoub and the entire staff for being super helpful whenever I had any questions. Especially, when scheduling appointments. It was very easy and efficient getting scheduled in via zoom with them. I would like to thank them once again, for providing great customer care and psychological services.

The worst experience ever

Worst experience ever… Norma Yacoub interrogated me like I was on trial. Gaslighting me thru my entire visit. I come to her for help & support from work comp, not expecting her to twist the facts, insult me by twisting the truth into her perception of what my employer told her prior to consulting with me. I hope the psychology board looks into this and sees the damage she is causing patients. She’s very unprofessional, aggressive, rude, and doesn’t show any empathy. My mental health is worse after talking to her. I left this conversation crying and having a visual anxiety attack. I don’t know if her treatments are morally right. Please protect your mental health Don’t Go to Her if you need help and support.

If you applied for workers comp, she will twist your truth into her perception, that nothing is wrong with your workplace situation and that you're the problem. Please, protect your mental health and ask the facility first who the psychologist, treatment clinician, or doctor will be so you don't have to leave the facility crying like I did and feeling so much worse.

Dr. Yacoub is great to work with. Dr. Yacoub is attentive and really wants what is best for you. I never felt rushed or that she was not understanding of what I was trying to explain. I would highly recommend Dr. Yacoub.

I have referred 3 patients to Dr. Yacoub for psychological evaluations / treatment. The feedback I receive regarding her care is warm, attentive, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and most importantly effective in treatment. Dr. Yacoub is an amazing therapist. I have been seeing her for almost a year now and she has helped me a great deal with learning how to manage my stress and prioritize the important things in my life. It went wonderful and all my life I thought I was going crazy I finally know what been going on and Mrs.yacoub really help me so much and taken off my burden off me so now my mind is really clear and finally get on the right track. Again thank you so much mrs.yacoub.

She was very friendly made me feel like a family member, and because of that, my anxiety was non existent. Very intelligent and sure of herself. I liked how she knew my personality right away. Please please read others review before you decide to see her. She only make your health gets worse... If Psychology board still allow her to practice, I don’t know how many more patients she will damage.
