I found her to be professional and caring at first. But as things progressed, she did not follow through with her promises. She was working with me to be an accountability partner. However, she was too busy to schedule with me again when I needed an appointment. After discussing her billing practices and requesting an itemized statement, the billing department took over a month to provide what I asked for. Then, I had a scheduled appointment with her on a Friday. She then cancelled the appointment with no warning, and decided to tell me this over an email. She didn't even call me. (She has called me before.) First I got an automatic email saying 'appointment cancelled' and then, hours later, I received a scripted email with the 'HR' department copied, saying they have decided to not keep me on as a client. It was well written and very formal, but it did not match what she told me during our appointments. During our appointments she promised me very different things.
