I felt her approach was very aggressive. She makes a lot of facial expressions while you share your life experiences with her. I felt judged and uncomfortable. She gives feedback based off of how she would react in your situation. Not very helpful.

Dr. Carter makes therapy very easy and approachable while helping me build myself up and untangle a lot of past traumas. She's accessible and has made me feel welcome during every session we've had.

She called me, was welcoming, asked for all my insurance information...then fell off the planet. Wouldn't respond to emails and never bothered to say she didn't have time.
