Olena Hays, PA

It pains me to have such a horrible review about this so called “physician”, in this case, she is a PA. We visited WellSpace Health in Citruis Heights, CA. Hays, she has no compassion or even want to listen to my father’s health issues. My dad has a history of a mass that was found in his lung about 10 years ago. He recently developed new symptoms related to chest area. We requested the same scan to make sure the mass is not spreading or developing into cancer, which is the recommendation of the radiologist at the time. Hays refused to order the referral and she said she is sure that is not cancer. She said we have to go through from the beginning process which starts with X-Ray scan only. We knew that X-Ray will not detect any cancer; however we agreed to follow her order. When we arrived at the Imaging Center, the tech informed us that the order was written all incorrectly which prompted them to correct and have request a new order from Hays. People like Hays made our health care system looks so bad. Very sad to have to experience this.

I found her attentive, friendly and helpful. I did not feel rushed at all. Perhaps the negative reviewers caught her on a bad day, but my experience with her was overall a positive one.

I had telehealth appointments with her. On my first appointment she was rude and didn’t show her respect on my complains about my health but the next time she prescribed me some medicine which I thought that doesn’t relates to my health issue. However, she diagnosed correctly and the medicine she prescribed really helped me. I went many doctors with same problem but only she helped me to cure my illness. I know she is little rude sometimes but I think she knows her job and knows what to do.

Stupid, horrible mean one. Currently assigned to Wellspace, providing tricky service, trying to guide patient to do unnecessary test and misguided patient. Malpractice PA. Fire her.

She is the most horrible doctor i have ever experienced. I would fire her from practice for ever.

"Dr." Olena Hays is a joke. She talks too much and doesn't listen. I simply needed prescriptions refilled, simple medications, no narcotics. She kept trying to convince me that the reason I'm taking this medication is for something I've never been diagnosed with. I told her this and that I'm taking it for a different reason and have been for several years now. By the way, this was her first time seeing me, so what the hell dues she know about my medical history. She tried to change my prescription because she's convinced that having one phone call with a patient she's never seen before that she knows more than I do about my medical history. This medicine is a type that if anything is altered, or you stop taking it and then take it again, you get violently ill. I explained this to her over and over and over again. She claimed to understand. She said she would keep my prescription the exact same and get it filled. That was that was one week ago and I still do not have my prescrip

Olena Hays horrible Dr. She is more concerned with complaining about being tired or having to see patients. She does not listen to your medical needs and when you tell her what you need she says no you do not need that. When I told her I needed to discuss some serious concerns she said no I can only deal with one thing (when in actuality they can treat three medical needs) and you will have to make another appointment and then go on to say how tired she is then ask you what do you even need another appointment for. She has me so frustrated and feeling like I was not good enough to get help with my life threatening issues that I started to cry she then said I needed therapy. I have never been treated so badly she was so unprofessional. She obviously hates her job and spends your time telling you how miserable she is. She should have her license revoked permanently!!! Worst Dr. Ever!!!!!!!

I don’t know why there are negative reviews on here. I do think she is overbooked and can’t always spend lots of time with you but I always feel she tries to make the most out of the appointment and listens. I feel she takes my health concerns seriously and believes what I tell her about my symptoms. She’s a good dr and I’ve always felt she cares.

Was rude and condescending. Did not listen to our concerns and not interested in the patients needs. Kept saying to focus as she had more patients to see and was in a hurry.dituput@

This lady needs her license revoked pending a psychiatric evaluation. She's rude and downright nasty to alot of patients and co-workers.

Doesn't listen, and tells you how many patients she has and tells you to hurry.

I found her to be aloof and dismissive. Seemed as if she was robotic in filling out protocal and had no interest in my concerns or personal needs. Had no concern for my purpose of being there, as if i was an irritation and not a patient. I can tell you what the back of her head looks like, but I would not recognize her face as I only saw it while entering the room! Only interested in general wellness, vacs, mammys..instead of the real issue of my purpose there, which is life threatening.
