From a fearful patient perspective, Olivia is a Godsend! She is very professional and knowledgable but also kind and caring. All questions were answered in an easy-to-understand and friendly manner. I did not feel rushed, she took her time to explain procedures in my pre-op meeting which helped minimize my dread of the surgery I need.

I've had two total hip replacements done with Dr. Chow and Olivia. Olivia is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and down to earth. Her bedside manner is impeccable. I would never do this with anyone but these two professionals.
