My recent visit to Glenwood Dentistry and Orthodontics left much to be desired. Despite confirming my appointment time, the week prior, my appointment time was changed the day before I was scheduled for a procedure. This meant my 2 pm appointment was moved to 1 pm. To make matters worse, the dentist was over an hour late, leaving me frustrated and wasting my valuable time.This lack of communication and punctuality is unacceptable, especially when it comes to healthcare appointments. Patients rely on the professionalism and reliability of their healthcare providers, and unfortunately, Glenwood Dentistry and Orthodontics fell short in both respects during my visit. It's disappointing to see such disregard for patients' time and schedules.The overall experience left me with a negative impression. I hope Glenwood Dentistry and Orthodontics take steps to improve their appointment management and communication practices to prevent similar frustrations for future patients.
