If I could give 0 stars I would. Pamela Duke yelled at me After I refuse the chest x-ray I wanted to wait to see my Covid test results before getting a chest x-ray. She said upon examination my lungs sounded clear. Instead of explaining why she thought it was important for me to get the chest x-ray she stood at the doorway and screamed at me telling me she would not treat me of I didn’t get it and I quote “ are you sick or not” basically questioning me and asking me if I was actually sick. She was Very unprofessional and very rude I will not be returning to this hospital and I would never recommend her to anybody. It is within my patient rights to deny a chest x-ray. This was the worst care of ever received by any provider in my life.

Pam was very friendly and took time to explain all my exam findings. I was very worried when I went into the ER, but she was very reassuring and my experience was as pleasant as possible, considering the circumstances.
